The Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act H.R. 413 (federal collective bargaining for public safety) is being considered for attachment to another bill that will more than likely be successful.  I have included the IBPO official statement to the Subcommittee on Health, Employment, Labor and Pensions House Committee on Education and Labor dated March 10, 2010 for your review.
